Reunion Ktchn Bar in Aventura is celebrating its first anniversary with big news: the unveiling of a swanky little sister, gastronomic-styled lounge.
The venue won’t be in its sibling’s shadow – it has a separate space and a menu replete with bites perfect for grazing. The meat and cheese and raw bar offerings are the essence of simplicity, while an upscale experience is available with a caviar flight.
Meat and fish plates include house-smoked Verlasso salmon with all the accoutrements, escargots and steak tartar. A large selection of wines, Champagnes, spirits from across the globe and cocktails like the Nikkei Martini (Caravedo Pisco, Japanese Bermutto, sea salt & pepper bitters) complete the experience.
“This past year hasn’t been easy for anyone,” says co-owner Cesar Olivo, who owns/operates the restaurant with his wife, Adriana Perez Benatar, and his brother-in-law, Samuel Perez Benatar. “We’re very lucky to have such a loyal local following that helped see us through the pandemic. It’s so rewarding to celebrate something positive and we’re thrilled to introduce the lounge and can’t wait for guests to experience it.”
