CoreLife Eatery keeps things simple.
That means fresh dishes prepared daily from whole foods; grass-fed beef; antibiotic-free chicken and pork; cage-free eggs; and ingredients free of GMOs, trans fats, artificial colors, sweeteners and additives.
The result is “savory dishes that provide nutritious fuel for busy lives,” notes a press release about the eatery, which recently opened in Boca Raton.
What will diners find there? Grain bowls, salads, soups, bone broth and dinner plates featuring roasted vegetables and house-made sides. Tacos, available in naan and lettuce wraps, are a specialty of the house and include such varieties as Southwest Pulled Chicken, Spicy Thai Chicken, Korean Pulled Pork, Buffalo Chicken, Fire Ahi Tuna Poke, Greek Chicken and Steak Fajita. There are also customizable greens, grains and broth bowls.
“Customers have been trained to believe that healthy food cannot taste good, but we are debunking that myth,” says Todd Mansfield, partner and chief cultural officer for CoreLife Eatery, according to a press release.
“We create our menu every day in-store from simple, top-quality ingredients that taste great and our customers want to eat.”
The brand – which also has a locale in Royal Palm Beach – plans to expand to 300 locations.
