Appetizers abound with plenty of creatively executed choices for everyone, from the Cucumber Avocado “Tartare” served with ginger–lime dressing and Lavash Herb Crisps and the Baked Honey Sriracha Wings with slivered scallions and cilantro, to the Maple Pepper Glazed Baby Back Ribs — fork-tender and served with Toasted Corn Potato Salad.
The Butcher Block Special Grilled New York Strip Steak consists of melt-in-the-mouth, grass-fed beef served with Port Wine Au Jus, roasted asparagus and potato and cauliflower gratin.
Drink standouts include the incomparable Key Lime Martini. Made with Stoli Vanilla, organic coconut cream, lime juice and organic agave, this drink is a dead ringer for the pie — especially with the crushed graham cracker crumbs around the rim of the glass. It also pairs well with the Spice Seared Tuna Steak which comes with Coconut Brown Rice with Black-Eyed Peas, red pepper lemon sauce and mango relish.
Dessert is an all-inclusive event at Farmer’s Table, as this exceptional restaurant has homemade vegan and gluten-free options. The vegan banana ice cream is smooth and rich without being too sugary. The Apple Crisp is a blend of all things fabulous and comforting: bourbon baked apples, cinnamon walnut topping, vanilla bean ice cream and caramel sauce.
