When Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band come to town, it’s an event like no other. In fact, we expect the audience to be dancing in the dark when they take the stage at Hard Rock Live in Hollywood Feb. 7 at 7:30 p.m.
With hits too numerous to list here (a sampling: “Born in the U.S.A.,” “Thunder Road,” “Hungry Heart,” “I’m On Fire,” “Blinded By The Light”), the show is forecast to be a rocking event.
No doubt they’ll be tunes from his latest album, “Only The Strong Survive,” released in November 2022. The 15 songs on his 21st studio album drew great praise from critics.
Among them: The Asbury Park Press which lauded “A revelation…Springsteen’s voice here is crushed velvet…these 15 songs celebrate the joy of music, soul and performance.”
His autobiography, “Born To Run,” also drew accolades for its candor.
“Writing about yourself is a funny business…But in a project like this, the writer has made one promise, to show the reader his mind. In these pages, I’ve tried to do this,” Springsteen wrote in the 2016 tome.
