LeAnn Berman Is A Luxury Home Realtor And More
Quarantine has given people time to ponder their future. That’s just what LeAnn Berman did during this time. Licensed as a Realtor since 2017, it was during COVID quarantine that she decided to take her real estate career to the next level. She partnered with a friend and joined the Atlas Team Under Compass in April.
Berman focuses on luxury residential listings and sales, including but not exclusive to Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club, where she is a resident. She also focuses on luxury units in Alina in Boca Raton and Golden Beach in Miami-Dade County.
“What I love about being a Realtor is meeting new people and helping them find their forever homes,” she says. “I love that every day is different, and you never stop learning in this business.”
Berman was raised in Pompano Beach. She traveled the world as a model for Wilhelmina, spending time in Europe and the Caribbean for destination shoots and commercials. She has appeared on television shows, including HBO’s “Ballers,” and in Maxim magazine as well as its calendar.
She met her husband, local attorney Russell Berman, five years ago. Her life shifted when she became a stepmom and her days filled with children’s activities, sports and family trips. Berman and her husband are parents to a 3-year-old son and are expecting a daughter on Thanksgiving. She also started helping friends in need and supporting causes close to her heart, such as the Boca Raton Historical Society & Museum, where she’s a board member.
While a typical day in Berman’s shoes is busy, she endeavors to be the best wife, stepmom, mom and business professional she can be – all without losing her focus of helping others. The key is balance, she says, and taking personal time for yourself. She works with a personal trainer and does yoga whenever she can.
“Being at the beach or on a boat is where I’m the happiest. I love to be near the water,” says Berman. “But spending quality time with my family is by far my favorite thing to do.”
