There are plans to begin construction in early 2021 on a new 30,000-square-foot aquatics complex that will include a family infinity-edge pool, an adult pool area, a lap pool and a spa pool. A state-of-the-art Pilates studio, a 40-person spin studio, a core circuit training space and a new aerobics studio are also being added.
“It’s about the richness of our programs; that’s what keeps everyone stimulated,” says Linderman. “It’s not just about the facilities. It’s also about the variety of activities, programs and events offered throughout the year.”
The artisan marketplace, holiday bazaar, annual carnival, educational series with visiting professors, Tanglewood-style concert on the great lawn, five-star-equivalent wine dinners, Grapevine wine club and lectures with experts who come in to discuss a wide range of health and wellness topics are among the many things that make Boca West such an attractive place to live.
