In 2020, for example, she became board certified by The Florida Bar in Marital and Family Law. Clary has also been rated AV® Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell®, the highest rating possible by confidential opinions of the Bar and Judiciary, and she has lectured at multiple seminars on a variety of family law issues.
“I knew that I wanted to be a family law attorney for as long as I can remember — I was just drawn to it,” Clary explains.
She shares the spotlight with an accomplished team of practitioners.
Rae Chorowski is the founding partner of the firm, which she started in 1994, and whom Clary clerked for while still in law school.
“Just five days after passing the Bar exam, Rae threw me into the courtroom,” CIary expressed. “I loved it!”
After nearly 30 years as a family law litigator, Chorowski recently transitioned a majority of her practice to mediation as a Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator, but she still selectively handles a few high-net-worth family law cases.
Meghana Saoji joined the practice in 2013 and holds MBA and JD degrees. She was recognized by the Broward Bar as one of the “Top 40 Under 40” and is a past president of the Gay and Lesbian Lawyers Network.
Jamie Epstein joined the firm in 2015 and is actively involved in the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar. Last year, it recognized her with the “Above and Beyond” and “Rising Star” Awards.
Paula Revene is Of Counsel to the firm, focusing exclusively on family law appellate practice. She excels in trial research and appellate issues.
Together, this all-female team expertly represents men and women clients in the tri-county area in family law matters of divorce, paternity, modifications and more.
