He guides clients through every step of the design process. From in-home consultations to sketches, 3D models and the final installation, everything is deeply collaborative. “I think patience is key,” Villalba explains. “I listen and explain every detail instead of pushing clients into something they’re not sure about.”
CAC is known for constructing entertainment centers, bars and home offices, but the team is increasingly called upon for full-home transformations, from kitchens and closets to architectural millwork. They do more than install traditional cabinets — they go the extra mile to give every home a personalized touch. Villalba is especially excited about upcoming in-home architectural projects that incorporate multiple styles within a home, creating spaces that feel both warm and cozy while remaining modern.
A recent highlight for Villalba — who studied design in his native Paraguay before graduating from Florida Atlantic University — was creating an art deco–inspired bar for a client in Stuart. “We incorporated some contemporary elements and it turned out beautiful. When someone brings me something totally different, that’s where I flourish and take my creativity to another level.”
