Bryan Kline, the founder of K Line Impact Windows & Doors in Delray Beach, grew up learning construction alongside his father, often spending weekends doing everything from carrying shingles up ladders to hanging drywall.
Reflecting on those times, he says, “Construction has always been a big part of my life.”
K Line installs impact windows and doors to residences and storefronts from Cocoa Beach to Broward County.
“We do everything from an entire building to three windows in a small apartment,” says Kline.
Their recent expansion includes a new showroom and warehouse in Merritt Island, driven by positive word-of-mouth from satisfied customers.

While building an addition he saw a subcontractor using subpar caulk. Kline pointed it out and commented that it would barely last a year. The contractor said it would pass inspection so who cared.
“I didn’t want people to have that experience,” says Kline. “That’s what put me into the impact windows and doors business.”
