Mandel earned his bachelor’s degree cum laude at Brandeis University and his Master of Science with distinction at Columbia University. He worked for several large firms on Wall Street before launching his own firm including Cantor Fitzgerald, D. E. Shaw & Co. and the LeFrak Family Office. He has lived in Delray Beach with his wife and two children since 2019.
