McCuen Pool’s team provides regular pool servicing to make sure every pool is clean, chemically balanced, repaired, heated and ready for swimming. They also monitor and clean pools when owners are out of town. And they do complete renovations which includes decks, refinishing, tiling and installation of pool equipment.
“We do everything related to pools from soup to nuts,” says Bobby Loring, a Boston University graduate, who has owned the company since 2009.
They pride themselves on their customer service. They’re accessible 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Loring explains that they get back to every customer via email or phone. “Our response time is second to none.” Loring prides himself on the fact that they treat everyone like family. “Every client gets treated the same whether you have one pool or 100 pools. We treat every customer as though it was our own pool.”
McCuen Pool Corporation has been around for more than 30 years. Loring and his team are comprised of Jacson De Melo as head of operation, who has been with the company for 20 years, Wagner Moura as head mechanic and Chris Leite as executive office manager. They have three full-time mechanics and 32 pool techs.
“We operate internally as a family,” he says. “Every person has everyone else’s back. That kind of internal support system is uncommon in this industry. We all work together towards the common goal of perfection for our clients.”
