Feldman, a luxury agent residing in Boca Raton, saw this as a chance to expand her horizons and target new areas previously beyond her reach. She takes pride in managing her own business, guiding clients through every step of the process from beginning to closing and maintaining relationships long after the deal is done.
Specializing in luxury properties, the Philadelphia native appreciates the collaborative spirit among ONE Sotheby’s International Realty agents and is impressed with the agency’s global presence.
“It’s the only company with a worldwide reach; we have offices situated across the globe,” Feldman explains.
She considers her major strength as really listening and understanding what her clients want, in addition to thinking ahead to solve any possible obstacles in order to lead to a successful transaction. Her clients’ compliments attest to that. They call her everything from genuine to understanding — and compare working with her to working with family.
“It’s really important to me that I operate with the utmost integrity and do whatever I can for my clients,” Feldman expresses. “I’m able to get so many wonderful clients through referrals from existing clients.”
She came upon the industry by default, when her husband of 32 years suggested Feldman get her license to help him with his commercial real estate business.
“I am passionate about my work, cherishing the connections I’ve built and the joy of turning my clients’ dream home aspirations into a reality,” Feldman adds. “It turned out to be a wonderful career. I feel so blessed and grateful for it.”
