An Interactive Dining And Entertainment Experience To “Live” For
Guests find Rex Baron, a Rex Gryphon brand, a peerless interactive, multi-sensory meeting place, dining haven, watering hole and entertainment destination “where the art of food meets the art of survival.” The casual, upscale sanctuary where food, culture, community, tech and art thrive serves a high-quality, healthy and delicious menu within a post-apocalyptic atmosphere that engages and stimulates.
It’s where survivors (aka guests) and Rex Baron’s vigilantes (aka the good guys and gals who are building a peaceful, inclusive new world) unite over great food and camaraderie. Named for its own lead vigilante, Rex Baron, the outpost features a collection of authentic fashion-infused vigilante persona art exhibits (clothed in post-apocalypse recovered remnants of Dolce & Gabbana, Louis Vuitton and Gaultier couture), each with their own stories.
Featuring the “hottest tables” in town, guests indulge in a scratch Survivors Menu, inspired by Mother Nature and the human instinct of eating well and spoiling palates, where you can be your own chef, cooking at your table on a 600-million-year-old heated pink Himalayan salt block (350 degrees) or a black lava rock (650 degrees). An in-house butcher brings out the finest steaks, seafood and poultry and gives guests tips on personal seasoning and block/rock prep. All this can be topped off by Rex Baron’s unusually served cocktails, like the Flame Thrower, Vigilante and Tea-Rex.
Open from lunch to late night (until 2 a.m., with live entertainment on Fridays and Saturdays), the modern American cuisine driven by Rex Gryphon Culinary Director Ralph P. Fernandez is based on classic techniques with New World and Old World flavors with a focus on high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, including fresh vegetables and the highest-grade organic meats.
Perfect for private and corporate functions, Rex Baron is where urbanites create and share their own experiences, where the food and cocktails surprise and where the HD Sports Hangar and Lamborghini-level VREX Lounge (with 32 virtual reality and simulation stations) engage survivors in thrill-seeking “bucket list” escapes.
Rex Baron is located at Town Center at Boca Raton, 6000 Glades Road, Boca Raton. For more information, call 561-447-6993 or visit therexbaron.com.
