Robert S. Bader, M.D.
Dermatology And Dermatologic Surgery
Robert S. Bader, M.D. is an Ivy League-trained physician, board-certified in dermatology and fellowship trained in Mohs’ and dermatologic plastic surgery. His practice, RSB Dermatology, handles both medical, surgical and cosmetic procedures in a comfortable and relaxing office environment.
Dr. Bader opened RSB Dermatology over 22 years ago, treating patients from infants to adults for a wide range of skin conditions. RSB Dermatology offers a full menu of cosmetic services to help patients look more youthful, rejuvenated and healthier.
“I’m very selective and offer procedures that are safe and cost-effective,” Dr. Bader says.
The newest cosmetic procedures offered include Daxxify, the first FDA approved long acting botulism toxin. For those who want to look their best with no downtime, non-ablative laser resurfacing can reduce wrinkles and scars, and TruSculpt iD can melt away unwanted fat and tighten skin without pain in 15 minutes. Thread-lifting offers patients a significant facelift without the need for major surgery, performed in under an hour right in the office, with minimal downtime or restrictions.
The practice offers a full suite of injectables like Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, Restylane, Sculptra, Radiesse and Juvederm, along with chemical peels, leg vein treatments, dermabrasion, laser hair removal, lip rejuvenation, age spot treatments, acne scar treatments, earlobe repair, hair loss treatments, and laser resurfacing.
Dr. Bader has his own line of skincare products, all of which have been clinically tested and proven to be effective.
On the medical side, Dr. Bader says that 70% of skin cancer cases that he treats are found on routine skin screenings, which is why it’s important to have a regular relationship with a board-certified dermatologist.
“In Florida, we spend so much time in the sun, which is fairly strong here, that for most light-skinned persons, it’s important to get screened each year,” he says.
Dr. Bader is a fellowship trained Mohs’ surgeon, which is the most effective technique for treating basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and melanoma. He also performs reconstructive surgery following the removal of advanced skin cancers immediately after Mohs’, saving patients both time and money.
“What is most gratifying to me is the relationships that I have with my patients and having the opportunity to know them on a personal level,” he says.
