What customers say they like best about SaiKo-i Sushi Lounge & Hibachi Boca Raton is the deliciously prepared hibachi and sushi dishes, great authentic Japanese cuisine, and welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere.
“Our hibachi head chef, Michael Liao, has been working for Tina Wang (the owner) ever since the restaurant opened in 2018 and does his best to entertain our guests, cooking dishes in front of them,” explains assistant manager Marcela Medrano. “A lot of our patrons — a mixture of a younger crowd, older crowd and families — love to come for the great hibachi meals. Our restaurant really stands out for that.”
And, the restaurant is always creative with its sushi entrees, she points out. “Our sushi chef creates the dishes. The appetizers are always different — and we have a weekly board that changes with a la carte favorites.”
Whether its hot appetizers like Crispy Calamari, Roasted Duck Wrap, or Wagyu Beef Gyoza, sushi appetizers like Salmon Sashimi New Style, Chu Chu Lobster, or Foie Gras w. Eel, or house hibachi entrees like Kobe A5 Steak, Seabass, or Vegetable & Tofu, customers can enjoy their selections in SaiKo-i Sushi Lounge & Hibachi Boca Raton’s cozy indoor setting or outdoors on the scenic patio.
“Our food is always good, our fish is always fresh, and our hibachi dishes are always tasteful,” says Medrano.
The restaurant is so popular, in fact, that it will be expanding to Coral Springs by the end of 2023 and to Plantation by the end of 2023 or the beginning of 2024.
“We’ll have the same name for both places, but different décors and layouts,” Medrano adds.
