Morris is a partner and co-founder of St. Louis Morris, P.A., a real estate law firm. She is an experienced and licensed real estate attorney, Realtor and title agent who represents clients throughout Florida. “I believe that every client deserves prompt and personalized attention. Clients know that, when they call, either I or another attorney in my office will be handling their case and that it won’t be handed off to support staff,” says Morris, who is licensed to practice in Florida and Connecticut.
She launched her firm after moving to Florida from her home state of Connecticut and has invaluable experience in both states. In Connecticut,she represented corporations, insurance companies and New England’s largest resort and casino in civil litigation matters. This experience gives her unique insight into the needs of clients, ranging from individuals to large businesses.
But Morris’ first love has always been real estate, and her desire to launch a firm with a focus in that area of law led her to South Florida.
The firm works with individuals, investors, developers, real estate agents, lenders and property owners. As a member of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, a nationwide title insurer, as well as The Fund, a division of Old Republic, Morris has the resources needed to conduct transactions easily and efficiently.
“Our goal is to create unique solutions to help clients overcome roadblocks, resolve disputes and complete deals,” she says. “We strive to ensure that every client receives the utmost attention by giving each case thoughtful analysis.”
