At WorkInjuryRights, a Coral Springs-based workers’ compensation law firm, the business model focuses on client communication and an overall positive client experience.
Attorney Stacey Isaacs, along with her husband, attorney David Benn and attorney William Haro, started the firm almost a decade ago at a dining room table. Their mission is to provide the best client experience possible. They provide dedicated service and aggressive advocacy, all while creating lasting trust. They assist injured workers with workers’ compensation cases statewide, providing client-centric representation.
“People are calling us when they’ve been hurt at work,” says Isaacs. “They’re fearful because they can’t work, they can’t pay their bills and they’re in pain. A work injury doesn’t just affect one person. It affects everyone in the family.”
Isaacs offers free consultations. Legal services are performed on a contingency fee basis, so clients pay nothing unless a settlement is achieved. From intake to closure of the case, the client is kept informed. The firm takes a team approach and the client is assigned a dedicated legal assistant, along with the handling attorney. Videos are sent at every juncture of the case to outline the upcoming steps.
“We give a lot of explanations along the way. We try to treat clients as if they were our siblings or parents. We aren’t afraid to try cases, but that ultimate decision is up to our clients,” says Isaacs.
The firm has attorneys who speak Spanish and assistants who speak Spanish and Creole to cater to all clients.
Isaacs hails from New Jersey and lives in Parkland. She earned her undergraduate degree from University of Miami and her law degree from Seton Hall University. Her legal career has been spent representing workers’ compensation clients.
She served as chairperson of a Florida Bar grievance committee, reviewing bar complaints filed against lawyers in her district. She received an award for Meritorious Public Service for her time serving in that regard.
In her spare time, she enjoys singing in her cover band and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
