Meals Just Like Mama Used To Make

New York Chef Anthony Vitolo has brought his culinary vision and expertise to South Florida with the opening of his namesake restaurant Vitolo.

Vitello Antonio

He’s teamed with hospitality visionary Rob Crosoli to open the eatery inside the Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach hotel.

Vitolo co-owns Emilio’s Ballato in SoHo — a hot spot for many celebs including Lenny Kravitz, Rihanna and Taylor Swift.

Guests can choose from three dining experiences: the Cucina, an open-kitchen design offering a chef’s table experience where guests can watch their meals being prepared; the Sala Arco, a supper club lounge where guests can enjoy cocktails and an à la carte meal; and the outdoor Terrazza area reminiscent of Italian trattorias.

Start your meal with a classic Antipasto Della Casa or Calamari Fritti. The Vitello Antonio is a center-cut veal chop for two, panko crusted and coated in vodka sauce, sweet peas, crispy prosciutto and fresh mozzarella. Feeling like pasta? Try the Linguini Alle Vongole with fresh mid neck clams, olive oil and garlic or the Lobster Ravioli.

“I’ve designed the menu with signature beloved classics that evoke a blend of nostalgia and innovation in a single dining experience. Drawing from my family’s own farm in Sarno, we’re committed to bringing only the best and freshest ingredients to Vitolo, ensuring our guests savor the authentic flavors of Italy,” Vitolo says.

Vitolo is located in the Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach at 551 N. Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd. For more information, visit vitoloitalian.com.
