Elissa Schwartzfarb Norton, M.D., FAAD, takes pride in delivering top-quality dermatologic care to patients of all ages. From the latest anti-aging treatments to the newest medications for psoriasis and eczema, she provides cutting-edge care in a warm and welcoming environment.
“I love the practice of dermatology and prioritize giving personal time and attention to my patients,” says Dr. Norton. “While medicine has changed immensely in recent years with larger physician groups and business-backed practice, it was important to me to retain the individual approach to patient care.”
Since opening Brilliant Dermatology & Aesthetics in Delray Beach four years ago, Dr. Norton has built a thriving medical and aesthetic dermatology practice primarily by word-of-mouth.
“We get to know our patients, and they appreciate the high level of care we provide. They know all of our staff by name and are always treated in a kind and courteous manner,” she adds. “Whether it is a skin cancer screen or a cosmetic procedure, our patients feel comfortable and confident in their treatment.”
A native of Boca Raton, Dr. Norton completed her undergraduate education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and then returned to South Florida on a scholarship to conduct her medical training at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.
“Practicing dermatology in Palm Beach County is the best of all worlds. I can use my excellent training to diagnose and treat skin cancers caused by the extreme sun we have here, while the emphasis on aesthetics allows me to tap into my artistic side to provide beautiful and natural cosmetic results.”
At Brilliant Dermatology, Dr. Norton offers one-stop service for all dermatologic needs, including an entire suite of cosmetic dermatology procedures, such as wrinkle relaxers, fillers, lasers, microneedling, PRP, esthetician services and more. She sees both adults and children for all skin conditions and also performs cutaneous surgery for benign and cancerous growths.
“I utilize dermoscopy during every exam to detect early skin cancer,” she says. “By combining attention to detail and a personalized approach, I am able to provide excellent care for every patient.”
