Get The Best Features Of Concierge Medicine And The Security Of  A Respected Healthcare Network

You may feel like you’re a number to your doctor. They get you in and out of their office as fast as possible. That’s not the case with Castle Connolly Private Health Partners (CCPHP) concierge physicians. They believe that strong doctor-patient relationships can help you achieve optimal wellness.

You’ll find plenty of CCPHP physician partners in the Boca Raton and Delray Beach area. The concierge (membership-based) model allows Members to build a strong rapport with their doctors, and work together in the most convenient and unhurried way possible. This innovative practice model focuses on proactively managing your overall health and well-being. CCPHP is a sister of Castle Connolly Top Doctors®. Those doctors are the best in the country, and CCPHP members receive connectivity to these 60,000 Top Doctors.

How It Works

With CCPHP concierge programs, doctors have considerably fewer patients than typical primary care physicians. “Physicians spend more time with members, and members can see them more frequently with longer visits,” says Chad Reviello, member advisor for CCPHP physicians. “Members get more time to speak with their physician, so that the physician can learn more about their members and what’s happening in their lives. This way they can see the whole picture and give more personalized care.”

Amenities also include virtual telehealth appointments, same or next-day visits with little to no wait time, direct communication to your physician and the ability to send pictures right to your doctor through their app.

The SENS Solution® Wellness Program with personal health coaching is included with every membership. The focus of these sessions would be on topics of sleep, exercise, nutrition and stress management. “Your health coach will build a specific and custom program around any of these topics you would like to focus on. The platform is filled with information, tips and solutions to help make a better everyday lifestyle,” says Reviello.
