Two Safe, Comfortable And Convenient Diagnostic Imaging Centers
Since 1988, Delray MRI has provided high-quality magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) services to the south Palm Beach County community. Last September, the center’s experienced team opened Delray CT on Linton Boulevard, less than a quarter mile to the east, offering CT and X-Ray services. Today, both centers offer the highest standard of care in convenient, comfortable modern facilities under one management team.
“We have been open throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, continuing to meet the community’s need,” says Ken Esrig, owner. “We changed the layouts of our facilities to serve our patients in the safest possible manner while continuing to treat every patient as a VIP.”
All the radiologists on the Delray MRI & Delray CT medical staff are board certified, and the centers are accredited by both the American College of Radiology (ACR) and RadSite, which validates the highest imaging quality and patient safety.
The center’s certified technologists and other multilingual staff focus on delivering an excellent experience throughout each patient’s individual procedure.
“At a time when many imaging centers are closing because of the high cost of equipment and lower reimbursements, we have taken on the challenge and expanded our services to four modalities,” Esrig says. “As we prepare to celebrate the first anniversary of Delray CT, we will continue to serve the imaging needs of our community.”
Esrig came to Delray Beach in 1986 as CEO of Pinecrest Rehabilitation Hospital, giving him a deep understanding of the region’s healthcare needs. With Delray MRI & Delray CT, Esrig now provides a full array of services to meet all the diagnostic imaging needs of patients and referring physicians.
“Our friendly team welcomes each patient and family,” he adds. “For expectant mothers, we offer a Teddy Bear Ultrasound service in Delray MRI’s radiation-free environment. We even host gender reveal parties and baby showers in our grand ballroom, strengthening our strong connections with the community.”
