 ETC’s 30 plus years of experience with a dedicated service staff available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day is key to their success. In fact, ETC was recently ranked as the largest company of its type in southeast Florida by CEPro magazine. Biava explains that many people do this type of work as a hobby. “We’re managing this professionally,” he says. “We listen to our clients and give them what they want. From the simplest solution to the most complex, we custom tailor our work to deliver the wow factor.”

Biava is an expert in the technology space, having over 30 years of management experience with multiple Fortune 50 companies. “I’ve been lucky to have had great teams with great employees.” He purchased ETC, an established business, about 3 ½ years ago. “ETC’s primary core value is to service the client above all else.
