Perotti, who holds a degree in interior design, a passion of hers, started in real estate in 2005. A decade of that time was spent working for developers in downtown Boca Raton and Delray Beach. Then she transitioned to general real estate. She created Florida Empire Group when she joined Compass Real Estate three years ago.

“When I went to Compass, I knew I wanted to start a team,” she expresses. “What has led to my success, most importantly, is my knowledge of the market and area (I’m a native Floridian) and equally, my customer service skills.” Perotti concentrates on clients’ needs and on showing them that she is genuine and caring — and has selected a team that shares her ideals.
