They’re working on two big projects in Boca Raton. They’re expanding and renovating The Boca Raton. The luxury resort and club sits on the Atlantic Ocean and Lake Boca. Here, they’re working on a sushi restaurant, a garden room for activities, entry points, rooms in the tower, public spaces and the lobby.

“It’s fun to work in this city,” says Garcia who has lived in Boca Raton since 1987. “Because it’s our backyard, we won’t leave a stamp or signature on something that we’re not proud of. We’ll do something that will withstand the test of time.”

The firm’s other big project in Boca Raton is the newly opened ALINA Residences, a community of luxurious private residences, penthouses and villas on the edge of downtown Boca Raton. “Our focus is always on the caliber of the project and the caliber of the client,” he says. “We’re lucky to have them both.”
