Party Host Helpers is here to help. They’ll assist with all your setup needs, serve food and drinks, clean and more. They’ll ensure ice is at the bar, take out trash or load the dishwasher. Their goal is to let you enjoy your party.

They work in private residences, on yachts, event venues of various sizes or in corporate offices for any event, large or small. They also partner with charities and nonprofits for fundraisers and galas. Fun fact: “We just booked our first client in Hawaii. Aloha!”

Renee Patrone Rhinehart, CEO and female business owner, ran her event planning business for 10+ years. “Clients asked me for a bartender or an extra set of hands for an event,” she says. “And staff in my industry were looking for extra work.” That feedback inspired her to launch Party Host Helpers nearly 10 years ago. Today, they’re in 30 states and nearly every major area across the country, including South Florida.

Helpers are 18 and older, have hospitality experience and are background checked. Over 30,000 people are in their system, ensuring that you’ll find help. “We can say yes and find staff when someone else may not,” says Patrone Rhinehart. “Often, agencies who are smaller than us cap out after hosting a certain number of events at a time. We never do.”

(They have a four-hour minimum.) “For me, it’s not only about making clients happy,” says Patrone Rhinehart. “For our staff, I love creating opportunities for people doing what they love while making extra money. I love helping anyone from a college student to a single mom looking for additional income. In Florida, we also have staff who are retired and want to be with people. I help them get out and make our clients’ lives easier at their party. For our clients, we love pairing our incredible staff with exciting event hosts.”
