During their tenures as government lawyers, Sallah and Cox handled investigations and litigation in both federal court and administrative forums, including cases involving fraudulent offerings, Ponzi schemes, market manipulation, public company disclosures, and broker-dealer and investment adviser regulation. 

“If the government is unwilling to resolve a matter favorably for a client, we will not hesitate to take the case to trial,” says Cox.  They were the last attorneys in South Florida to defeat the SEC in an insider trading case before a jury in federal court.
