A new luxury senior living community is coming to Delray Beach later this year that is unlike anything in the area. The Arbor at Delray, which is expected to open in December 2022, will offer 89 independent living, 76 assisted living and 22 memory care apartments.

Community Sales Director Jennie Nadler says interest in this new high-end community has been high.

“A lot of active seniors in the area are looking for a community that aligns with their elevated lifestyle,” says Nadler, who along with Executive Director Eric Francese and Director of Sales Jarrett Liebman, have more than 50 years of combined experience working in the senior living industry.

“The three of us have worked together for almost a decade in the senior living industry and look forward to immersing ourselves to the local community,” says Francese.

Planned amenities include a resort-style pool with private cabanas and televisions, a modern gym and yoga studio, an art studio that will offer curated classes, an intimate movie theater, a dog park and an onsite salon offering a variety of services and spa treatments.

The Arbor at Delray also will offer formal dining, as well as an informal bistro, full-service bar and concierge services. Housekeeping and transportation are included.

What sets this community apart from other senior living communities is that there is no long-term commitment. “We are a luxury rental community, which allows residents to move in without a large buy-in commitment upfront as is the case with many large continuing care communities,” says Liebman. 

In addition, adds Nadler, there is a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. “The Arbor at Delray, with the commitment from The Arbor company, is very confident in the quality of care and services we provide.  If a resident finds that the community is just not the right fit, then the community will assist in finding alternative placement and refund all monthly fees paid,” she says.

Those interested can visit the on-site leasing center for a tour. There are open houses the last Thursday of every month and for those who have made a deposit there are special events.
