Join Leslie Glickman, owner of Yoga Journey Studio, for an evening of Yin Yoga accompanied by live music with Scott Marischen on Harp and Acoustic Guitar under the stars in the Sculpture Garden.
The yoga practice will be appropriate for all levels. Yin Yoga is about deep relaxation and releasing tension. The poses are done slowly and are held for a long time so you can focus on the quality of your breath. Every body needs to breathe and move to feel good.
No experience necessary, just a desire and a willingness to increase vitality and overall well-being.
